I purchased a bus ticket from Balıkesir Uludağ through Turna.com for the 11:15 PM Bursa-Antalya route on October 24, 2024. The platform didn’t specify the departure platform, so upon arriving at the terminal, I asked the Uludağ counter for guidance. I, along with two others, was told to wait at platform 79. By 11:30 PM, the bus still hadn’t arrived, so I went back to the counter, only to be informed that we should have been at platform 30 instead. The attendant didn’t even mention that the bus had already left.

In my experience, most bus companies call passengers who are missing at the time of departure. However, Uludağ's staff showed complete disregard, and despite my repeated calls to their office, they either ignored my calls or declined them. In the end, I had no choice but to buy a ticket with another company to make my urgent trip. I am requesting a refund for the unused ticket due to this lack of support and professionalism. Uludağ, please take accountability and address this issue.

The Uludağ company is not interested in the issue. I am experiencing these problems because they do not write platform information...

"Despite informing the officials at turna.com about the problem I experienced on 14.10.2024, they kept me waiting by saying they would call me, and ultimately there has been no progress. In my opinion, this is extremely unprofessional behavior. In this situation, I am deleting the Turna app from my phone and wishing them success in their business endeavors. The star rating I will give is 0."
