Turna Took Money but Did Not Issue My Ticket

I booked a flight ticket on 1 June from Alexandria (Borg El Arab Airport) to Jeddah through Wego, and the payment was processed by Turna. The ticket price of 577 Saudi Riyals was successfully deducted from my account at Al Rajhi Bank in the afternoon, but my booking was never confirmed and I did not receive any ticket or reference number. During the booking, I used the email address kareemma***[email protected], yet I did not receive any confirmation email, ticket, or booking reference from Turna or Wego, even though the amount was taken from my bank account. I also did not receive any message or reference from Wego for this transaction. I tried to contact Turna customer service about this problem, but I have not received any helpful response or solution. I also contacted my bank regarding the payment, but they informed me that they cannot do anything about the situation from their side. I kindly request that Turna urgently review this issue, locate my transaction using my email address and payment details, and either immediately confirm and issue my flight ticket for the Alexandria–Jeddah flight on 1 June, or process a full refund of the 577 SAR that was charged to my account.

There has been no response. They asked me to send some information, and I sent it to them, but they still did not reply. I also called them several times by phone, and no one answered.
