I made a flight booking today through Wego for a ticket from Jeddah to Cairo dated April 16, and the payment was processed through Turna.
The ticket amount was deducted from my account at AlAhli Saudi Bank, but the booking was not confirmed, and I did not receive any booking number or reference from Turna. I used the email address memo2010***@yahoo.com during the booking process, yet I did not receive any confirmation email or ticket, even though the payment was successfully taken from my bank account.
I attempted to contact Turna customer service regarding this issue, but I have not received any response.
I request that this issue be urgently reviewed and that my transaction be located using my email address and payment details. I ask either for the immediate confirmation and issuance of my flight ticket from Jeddah to Cairo on April 16, or for a full refund of the deducted amount to my AlAhli Saudi Bank account as soon as possible.
