Turkish Airlines Rejected My Covid Test Result
I informed Turkish Airlines that I couldn't travel due to having Covid and provided my Covid test result along with doctor's examination reports. The Covid test result is from the Ministry of Health via e-Nabız and is an official document. However, Turkish Airlines insists on a barcoded QR code report. As a citizen, I can't provide a QR code that the government doesn't issue. By demanding a non-existent report barcode, they are causing me distress. Despite repeatedly emailing, filling out feedback forms, and speaking with customer service, they keep telling me they can't help. Even hotels abroad accepted my Covid situation and refunded me without penalty. I am being unfairly treated by my own country's institution for not accepting the government-issued report.
