The owner of the keychain is my sibling, the person coming to collect it is my spouse, we share the same last name, and we have all our IDs with us, along with the emails we sent and the AirTag ping. Despite all this, you resisted handing over our property. Do you think a notarized power of attorney is more valuable than all these documents proving the keys belong to our family? A courier can pick up the keychain, but someone with the last name K***, who has all the documents, cannot. If you had bothered to reply to our emails, for example, by asking, 'Can you describe the keychain?' we would have immediately responded or called us, and we would have given a detailed description, but you did none of this. Instead, you just sent an automated email saying it was outside your authority and that you were 'sorry.' I really think a company like THY should take better care of its customers. If we need to come from Germany to collect the keys, we will do that. I assure you, we will never experience such an issue with your company again.
