Turkish Airlines Is Not Completing Compensation Payment
As Turkish Airlines sold too many tickets for the 30.07.2023 TK55 IST-SIN flight, there was no seat left for me and my wife, an offer was made for the next day by covering 600eur compensation and food, beverage, and accommodation expenses. We accepted the offer, but after 2 weeks we still have not received our compensation. Registration has been opened for the compensation payment, although we called the call center, it is constantly being glossed over. There is no other explanation other than your request will be reviewed and a response will be made. The incomprehensible part is that my wife's return has arrived within 2 days, but the other refund is still not made. Every time we call, a new request opens. We have 3 different request numbers. It is necessary not to leave the ticket place without receiving the payment confirmation.
