Turkish Airlines Extra Ticket Purchase Issue
Hello, on December 25th, I wanted to purchase 2 tickets for the Ankara-Malatya 16:25 flight for myself and my brother. Since I had never purchased two tickets at the same time before, I accidentally bought an extra seat while buying my own ticket. I tried to add a passenger, but it didn't work. There were no warnings or explanations on the mobile app. Believing I had bought two tickets, I went to the airport with my brother. At the airport, they told us that my brother couldn't board the plane this way. We had to buy another ticket at the last minute. Additionally, the THY staff at the counter laughed at us instead of helping. About an hour before the flight, we passed through the second security gate. We searched for a prayer room on the floor where gate 304 is located, but it was under renovation. Since there was no prayer room on the upper floor either, we were inconvenienced. I also tried to reach customer service by phone, but couldn't get through to anyone. Although I reported my complaint to the company, I only received an automated response and my issue was not resolved. I request compensation for the extra ticket we had to purchase and the inconvenience caused by the lack of a prayer room.
