Turkish Airlines Double Charged but No Tickets Were Avaliable
I purchased a ticket for 2 adults and 2 children on 25-11-2023 for the Amsterdam-Istanbul SAW flight at 17:25. Despite the payment being deducted from my bank, I did not receive a reservation code. I spoke with a disrespectful customer service representative who told me that the money would be refunded within a week.
On the same day, I bought a new ticket for 27-11-2023 at 13:35 for the Amsterdam-Istanbul SAW flight and faced the same issue again!
I have no tickets and have paid for tickets twice. I don't have any money left to buy another ticket. By the time THY refunds the money, my leave will be over. The tickets I wanted to purchase suddenly became more expensive. You ruined my vacation and didn't even apologize. I don't think I will choose THY again. You lost a customer who flies 4-5 times a year!
