Turkish Airlines Didn't Send My Travel Insurance

I purchased an international flight ticket from THY and opted for travel insurance during the purchase. This was a big mistake. I did not receive any document or information regarding the insurance. I contacted the call center and was directed to the insurance company, which only had an email address and no phone number. I sent an email but received an automated response and couldn't find anyone to discuss the issue with. Despite calling THY multiple times and speaking with different representatives, none of them were helpful. They took the payment for the insurance but did not provide the service, and my money was wasted. Additionally, I do not have an insurance document to present upon entering the country. The representatives were also very unknowledgeable, unable to provide clear and correct answers to my questions regarding this issue and check-in procedures. They kept redirecting me to the airport. It is clear that they have not been trained properly. When I expressed my complaint over the phone, the representative remained silent and did not respond, effectively waiting for me to hang up. This was extremely rude, and one representative even told me there was nothing they could do. I spoke with Ms. B**** and experienced this issue with her. It is very disappointing to see THY represented so poorly.
