Turkish Airlines Call Center Provided Incorrect Information and This Caused Inconvenience

THY has deteriorated its service quality! No matter what topic you discuss with call center representatives or what information you seek, they always provide incorrect information, causing issues both before and during the flight! Passengers with babies are especially affected. You call to get information, but at the airport, they not only tell you that the information was incorrect but also cause you to miss your flight or prevent you from boarding! When creating an electronic ticket for my baby, I was told that passengers with babies can only create one electronic ticket and that no separate ticket is issued for the baby since they don't have a seat. I repeatedly asked for confirmation, saying I didn't want any issues at the airport, and was assured the information was correct. However, at the airport, there was an issue with my baby's ticket, and we almost missed the flight or were not allowed to board! Despite the stressful situation and running around with my baby, I managed to board the plane, but I can never forget the ordeal we went through! I do not forgive the call center employees or the airport staff for causing such a significant issue for me and my baby! It's a shame that despite being a passenger with a baby, we were made to run around and experience such stress and trouble! Although there was a female security officer, she was not understanding and was harsh, while a male security officer empathized with a mother's situation and helped. The female security officers at Esenboga Airport mostly have a harsh demeanor. It is sad that a male staff member showed compassion and helpfulness to a passenger with a baby, while a female did not. It's a pity that we have reached a point where we cannot understand or help each other!
