Turkish Airlines Damaged My Suitcase and Refuses to Resolve Without a Repair Report



I applied for a damaged suitcase during my travel with Turkish Airlines from the relevant link. Naturally, they asked for a repair invoice or a report of damage. I went to places where I could have it repaired. My suitcase is an expensive suitcase from a famous brand. They said that since the wheel and handle were broken, repair was possible but they could put a silicone wheel of a different model and color. The value of the suitcase is ₺15-20.000. Also, the handle is a very different color than the suitcase, it is a crappy handle that they have as standard. They said they could not write a report of damage. When I went to another place, they said the same thing about repair. When they said that they could write a report but that they could write a report for ₺3000-4000 at most and that they could do this for ₺500, I wrote to Turkish Airlines about the situation. I wrote that it was my right not to want to have it repaired like this, that after you damaged the original suitcase, it would not be possible for me to use two wheels that are original and in their original color and the other two wheels in an irrelevant and crappy way. They told me as if they didn't care that they couldn't do anything without a repair or a wreck report. I will file a lawsuit in court.
