Turkish Airlines Damaged My Luggage
A week ago, during my flight with THY, both my mother's and my luggage were delivered damaged. They immediately provided a replacement for my mother's luggage on the spot. However, for my luggage, they had me fill out a form and send it in. Due to a problem with the handle, I had to pull the luggage using a scarf. I uploaded the required documents for the request with tracking number 2023260952 on their specified website. A week later, they informed me that they needed a repair invoice for the luggage, which I had only used twice. If I get the luggage repaired, I might face the same problem again with minimal use. Moreover, I will need to find time and carry the damaged luggage around for the repair. If they are offering a repair option, I would request that they come and fix it and then deliver it back to me. Otherwise, they are not providing a real solution and are causing significant inconvenience.
