Ticket Management Screen Issue on Turkish Airlines Website
I am experiencing a serious issue with the 'Check-in / Ticket Management' section on the THY website for my ticket. When I try to check the ticket under my spouse's name, I cannot access it. Whether I search using the PNR code and surname or the Electronic Ticket Number and surname, I constantly receive the error shown in the image and cannot access the ticket management screen. My mother-in-law also has a ticket on the same flight, and I can proceed without any issues using her PNR code and surname. There is no support mechanism to report this issue. I hope my problem can be resolved quickly. If the support team contacts me, I can provide the PNR code and surname. However, the error message already includes an error code. I believe a solution can be provided from there as well. I would be very pleased if I could be informed.
