My Bicycle Bag and Bicycle Damaged During Turkish Airlines Flight and They Didn't Compensate
On February 1st, during the SAW-TK7721/01 Brussels/Istanbul flight, my bicycle transport bag and the bicycle inside were damaged. My baggage numbers are TK 887778 and TK 887735. The situation has been documented by you in the file number SAWTK45837. A damage report has also been submitted to you with application number 2024027058. All the documents requested by you have been sent multiple times to Turkish Airlines' email addresses and through your system. Despite my continuous updates, written statements, and calls to your call center since February 24, 2023, I have not received any response from you regarding the resolution of the issue. You have added communication issues to the slow process by claiming that the documents have not reached you. You can follow the problem I experienced with the file number 2024027058 and the file titled SAWTK45837 from the emails I sent to b**@thy.com and t*******@thy.com, the call center records, and the attached image showing the error in your system. I have taken the process to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and will now share it on social media.
