On April 26, 2024, I had a four-person trip from Istanbul's new airport to Şırnak Şerafettin Elçi Airport. Despite arriving 2 hours before the flight time, I missed my flight due to the incompetent Turkish Airlines staff. I reported this as feedback and also mentioned it on the complaint platform. About a week later, they responded and sent a refund code, but nothing else was written. When I spoke with the sales office, they asked for an email from the sales office stating that a refund would be issued for the flight from Istanbul's new airport to Şırnak Şerafettin Elçi Airport. When I spoke with customer service, they told me to submit new feedback. Once again, the customer is left in a miserable situation, and once again, the incompetent Turkish Airlines staff are doing a sloppy job.
