Turkcell Twin SIM Product Is Unavailable in Stores - Customer Service Is No Help

My issue has been resolved. Both the customer representative who contacted me and the manager and staff at the branch they directed me to were very polite and courteous in resolving my issue. Thank you.

I can't find Turkcell's "Twin SIM" product, which allows you to use two SIM cards with the same number on different devices, in any Turkcell store. The stores direct me to customer service, saying they don't have it in stock and can't request it. When I ask if they can order it, they simply shrug and tell me to call customer service. Customer service, on the other hand, redirects me back to the stores, stating they can't send it or check stock availability. This cycle continues endlessly, and none of the stores seem interested in helping. There's a service available, but it's useless if we can't use it. I've visited and called every Turkcell dealer in Samsun with no success.

Despite the time that has passed, Turkcell has still not contacted me and has not offered any solution.

I could not see a menu related to the secondary card on the Turkcell application, and I have not received any response.

Contact was made, the lady who got in touch was very polite and solution-oriented, she informed me that it would be resolved, I am waiting for the solution.
