Turkcell Has Not Fixed My eSIM Issue After Multiple Attempts
My Turkcell e-SIM problem has not been resolved despite purchasing it twice. So, is there no authorized person who can sincerely examine it and find out what the problem is? I have called you many times, everyone talks differently, I call Information and Communication Technologies Authority and they tell me to call you again because there is no problem related to them. My line has not been active for a week and you know very well that the bill for the line I do not use is reflected for the full month. I don't understand why no one from an authority is coming forward and taking action on this matter in a sincere way. Automatic replies and memorized conversations are a waste of time. My line is off. As of today, my right to use QR codes has expired, and the so-called customer service representative, who speaks without knowing, directed me to go to the store to get a new code. We are caught in a vicious cycle, everyone is just taking advantage. If I can't use the line, I need to break my contract, but you won't cancel it either. There is no one to support or stand behind us, this country has truly become a banana republic.
