Turkcell Did Not Fix My eSIM Network Issue Despite Saying It Was Resolved

On February 28, I transferred my eSIM line from Türk Telekom to Turkcell. At first, there was no network, and they told me to call Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA). We called ICTA, and it turned out the line was already active, so the network appeared. Everything seemed fine around 2 p.m., but by 5 p.m., the network disappeared again. We are dealing with this issue for no apparent reason. ICTA says everything is fine, the store says everything is fine, but the only thing not fine is that there is no network. I am waiting for a solution from Turkcell. My Turkcell application with the number 177000280 is also pending. It says resolved, but nothing has been resolved. I am starting to wonder if eSIM is a regret, if Turkcell is a regret, or if all operators in Turkey are just a disappointment.
