I bought an e-sim card from the Turkcell online store. Even though I've followed all the necessary steps to activate it, I'm being informed that the e-sim code is not valid. They're also insisting on additional fees from me. After a long hiatus, I decided to give Turkcell another try, hoping for some improvements. However, to my disappointment, things haven't changed at all. I'm not satisfied with Turkcell.
