Turkcell E SIM Activation Error
I attempted to port my phone number to Turkcell using their website. Despite inputting my information accurately, I consistently receive an error message stating that my number is not eligible for postpaid line transfer. For more information, please contact 0532**32 00 00. I've been trying to get in touch with Turkcell, but they just can't seem to resolve the issue. I've been informed that there's a restriction on my account, even though I've already closed all my lines with previous operators and have no outstanding debts. I'm confused about whether I should be the one making the effort to switch to Turkcell or if it's their responsibility.

There is a restriction due to the old number I used, 5445380081. I last transferred this number to Turkcell, and it has no outstanding debt. It has been shown as closed since 2019.

Due to a reason that is not my fault, they are dragging me from one place to another. Transferring a number shouldn't be this difficult.
