I purchased the Samsung EJ-M3400D Slim Bluetooth Mouse from Turkcell Pasaj on November 30, 2024, and received it on December 3. However, since the mouse was incompatible with two laptops and one desktop computer at home, I requested a return from both Turkcell and Turkcell Pasaj on December 4. Although I was told the return would be processed within 10 days, it still hasn’t been completed. Today (December 14), I received an SMS stating that request number 173658285 is still under review. What exactly is being reviewed? Since the product return, which is my most basic consumer right, has not yet been processed, I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue.
