Turkcell Cuts Communication Without Prior Notice or Any Reason

I moved to Turkcell one month ago from another operator. Unfortunately, last week Turkcell suddenly cut off my communication without any notification or warning. I contacted customer service and visited Turkcell authorized stores multiple times, but they neither provided a clear explanation for cutting my communication nor offered any solution. I submitted a petition and wrote a complaint letter, but I still haven’t received any response. This situation has caused me significant problems over the past week. How can a company claiming to be the "best operator" cut off a customer’s line without any notice and disrupt their life like this? To anyone considering Turkcell for a cell line, I strongly recommend staying away.

On January 20, 2025, Turkcell completely shut down my line without any prior notice, for no reason and unlawfully. In response to my complaint written on the dealer, customer service, and Turkcell website, I only received the answer "closed online." There is also no outstanding bill. Additionally, Turkcell has imposed the termination fee of the contract they unilaterally canceled on me. Despite this unjust and unlawful action, my efforts to obtain information and rectify the situation have been unsuccessful. As can be seen in the attachment, customer service representatives are also aware of the unfair situation, but despite this, my line has still not been reopened, and the termination fee they imposed on the customer, even though they canceled my contract, has not been canceled. My grievance has not been resolved due to my communication being cut off for 23 days. Turkcell is a regret... It seems there is no option but to sue Turkcell due to this unfair practice. I ask for support from Şikayet Var.

Dear Sir/Madam, Despite repeatedly calling and speaking with customer service, and explaining the situation on the Turkcell web complaint platform, my line is still not activated, the cancellation fee for the contract you unilaterally terminated has not been canceled, and the grievance I have suffered due to my communication being cut off for 23 days has not been compensated.
