On January 20, 2025, Turkcell completely shut down my line without any prior notice, for no reason and unlawfully. In response to my complaint written on the dealer, customer service, and Turkcell website, I only received the answer "closed online." There is also no outstanding bill. Additionally, Turkcell has imposed the termination fee of the contract they unilaterally canceled on me. Despite this unjust and unlawful action, my efforts to obtain information and rectify the situation have been unsuccessful. As can be seen in the attachment, customer service representatives are also aware of the unfair situation, but despite this, my line has still not been reopened, and the termination fee they imposed on the customer, even though they canceled my contract, has not been canceled. My grievance has not been resolved due to my communication being cut off for 23 days. Turkcell is a regret... It seems there is no option but to sue Turkcell due to this unfair practice.
