Turkcell Charged Me International Fees Despite My Phone Being in Airplane Mode

Despite my phone being completely in airplane mode while abroad, international usage fees were charged three times. When I noticed this, I contacted customer service, but they only acknowledged 4 seconds of usage per day, which makes no sense given that the phone was in airplane mode with no possibility of connection or usage. I find these charges unfair and am disappointed that Turkcell has not addressed the issue adequately or offered any solution to compensate for this problem. As I made no usage during the period when the phone was in airplane mode, I will be requesting a full refund. I expect an urgent response to resolve this matter.
