Turkcell Billing Error Overcharges Me


I have been charged twice by Turkcell for a total of ₺420 on my invoice, supposedly for "Tyg Advantage". While I'm traveling overseas, I prefer to use a different mobile network instead of Turkcell. Why would international tariffs be applied if I'm only using the line domestically? Could you please correct this error for me? Thanks a lot.

When your line receives a signal from a foreign network, an informational SMS is sent regarding how the charges will be applied for usage abroad. After this SMS, charges are automatically applied when usage occurs. The "Your Tariff is Valid Abroad" package is activated daily based on your usage abroad. You will not be charged on days you do not use it. For your satisfaction, a refund of 210 TL, which is the daily fee, has been applied to your current bill.
