Hello, despite being in Turkey on June 24, 2024, I was charged ₺210 for international usage on my Turkcell bill while I was in Ayvalık. I have no idea how Turkcell managed to connect to a foreign network, especially while driving. This issue occurs every year. It seems Turkcell isn't making enough money. The fact that Ayvalık (Izmir) is near the border, though it isn't actually on the border, is not my problem; it's Turkcell's problem. It is clear that I was within the country.
