Turkcell Annoys You By Calling Too Often And Not Talking

Turkcell continues to harass me; please stop, and what do you want from me? Here is the thing: As shown in the attached image, a Turkcell number calls me every minute, and when I answer, it hangs up without saying anything. Either talk or don't bother me again, as this is now considered harassment. I will block the last number, so you will be unable to call for anything. They called again while I was writing and did not say anything, so be patient.
