Turkcell Should Stop Scam Calls

Dear Turkcell Communications Services Inc.,

I've been receiving repeated calls from numbers 08509010678 and 08504801524, claiming my subscription has ended and needs renewal, or offering faster internet speeds and ways to avoid high bills. These calls always redirect me to an automated menu system. Despite my attempts to block these calls, I continue to receive them from different numbers with the same automated messages. There's never an option to speak with a live customer service representative.

I'm requesting that you put an end to these calls and initiate the necessary legal action. If this continues, it will cause significant inconvenience to both subscribers and the service provider. This issue needs to be investigated thoroughly and resolved at its root. I've also submitted this complaint to the Information and Communication Technologies Authority.
