Turkcell Refused to Cancel My Postpaid Line by Claiming They Couldn’t Hear Me

I reached out to Turkcell to cancel my postpaid line, and they promptly returned my call. During the call, they insisted they couldn’t hear me, despite my signal being full. They kept insisting, “Sir, we can’t hear you,” and then suddenly hung up the phone. It seemed like they were just looking for a reason to not handle my cancellation request. I am resolute in my decision to cancel my queue and will take legal steps if needed. I just want a clear and prompt resolution to my request, without any delays or excuses. I trust that Turkcell will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and proceed with my cancellation as I have requested.
