Tukcell Superbox Consuming Too Much Internet

I have been using Turkcell Superbox for a couple of years. However last last when I was sleeping, two messages were sent consecutively for about 45 minutes and they said I have consumed my 50 gb internet. How can it be possible? I was sleeping. Moreover this is not the first time. That happened before but I didn't care much. There are tons of complaints about this situation. Somebody said their 400gb internet consumed in just one night! There is definitely a systemic problem. I ask for contacting with me and solving this problem immediately.
