Repeated Nighttime Internet Outages Lead to Frustration with Turkcell Service Quality

For three consecutive days, I have experienced internet outages around 11 or 12 at night, lasting until the next day at noon. The work quality is so poor that when reported, they respond with generic phrases like "Is there electricity in the common area of the apartment?" and create a fault report. Previously, when you wanted to cancel, the issue would be addressed, but now they directly move to approve your cancellation request. I believe this is due to the one-year contract price remaining low due to inflation, which is not in the company's interest, leading to a deterrence policy. Turkcell is synonymous with poor quality. I will change all my personal and internet lines. I hope that such negativity and poor quality lead to a personal boycott by everyone, making the company realize the state of their service understanding. Thank you.
