Repeated Nighttime Internet Outages Lead to Frustration with Turkcell Service Quality
For three consecutive days, I have experienced internet outages around 11 or 12 at night, lasting until the next day at ...noon. The work quality is so poor that when reported, they respond with generic phrases like "Is there electricity in the common area of the apartment?" and create a fault report.
