My Turkcell Superbox and Mobile Internet Still Provide Poor Service After Years
Despite speaking with customer service representatives for more than three years, I am still receiving poor service with my Superbox and mobile internet connection, and it seems that no solution has been provided. The connection is often unstable and unreliable, making it difficult to use even for basic needs. I suspect that this issue is not being addressed because the area is located in an earthquake zone, but we are paying the same amount as other citizens in the country.
