Turkcell Superbox Red Light Connection Drops And Month-Long Internet Issues


I had a connection problem with my Turkcell Superbox subscription. I continued to pay Turkcell even though I hadn't received quality service for over a month.The modem light frequently turns red, and the internet connection drops. Customer service and technical team interventions haven't resolved the issue. I've been using poor quality internet, or no internet at all, for a long time.
