Turkcell Superbox Bad Network Signal Complaint
In Şenpınar, Ayvacık district, Samsun, the internet connection provided by Turkcell's 4G and Superbox Wi-Fi is unreliable in 2024. After multiple conversations with the dealer, they have assured us that the signal strength of the Superbox is satisfactory at our location. Unfortunately, the internet has been extremely unreliable for the past 2 months, with frequent outages or extremely slow speeds. All complaints regarding the Superbox modem will be promptly escalated to the appropriate departments. Superbox is extremely disappointing.
