I Was Stuck with the Wrong Tariff but I Was Unable to Get Any Support from Turkcell
Hello, About 3 months ago, I transferred my number to Turkcell using the number porting process. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of selecting the wrong tariff, which ended up restricting me to a mere 10 GB of data. Regrettably, I couldn't make any changes afterwards. Unfortunately, I've been informed that the Platinum Star + 30 Package is currently unavailable for me to switch to. I'm curious about the criteria and target audience for these packages. I am sad about my decision to switch my number to Turkcell, as I have not received any assistance or support from anyone. It seems that the main concern is solely centered around maximizing profits from customers. I must say, it's quite disheartening and unjust.
