Turkcell Won’t Let Me Cancel My Data Package and I Can’t Reach Customer Support
I can't cancel the data package that I activated through the dealer and their technical support for the data line I use. For some reason, only Platinum packages with voice message options, etc., are available in the Turkcell app. When I try to call, I get a message saying, "You cannot connect to a customer representative because you didn’t call from the number you're using." Despite all my research, I haven't been able to figure out what level of intelligence or brain development is required to request a call from a data line. Since I cannot reach Turkcell, I expect them to contact me and provide information about this intelligence/brain development program. If they post this program information publicly here, others might benefit as well. I invite Turkcell to share this knowledge that will benefit humanity. And let me remind you, my original request was for someone who can change my package to contact me.
