Superbox 300 GB Connection Drops And No Internet After Installation
I had the Superbox 300 GB service installed at my home on October 26, 2025, but apart from the first few hours, it has been completely unusable. Soon after installation, the connection started dropping frequently, with severe speed and stability issues. I reported the problem, but the team closed the ticket claiming “no issue” without even visiting my home. My problem remains unresolved, and no solution has been provided. Even after contacting customer service again, I received no help. I do not want to pay for a service I cannot use. I am filing a complaint against the employee who falsely closed the report without coming to my home. I also demand that the fees for the hours and days I couldn’t use the service be waived or that my issue be compensated in another way. Otherwise, I will take legal action and file a complaint with the prosecutor’s office. Your company embarrassed itself within just two days—your staff member lied and closed the case without doing their job.
