Türk Telekom Unwanted Service Transfer
I had applied for a Türk Telekom line, but I had already canceled it. However, despite my request, the line transfer was still executed, and I was switched to Türk Telekom as my GSM provider. Furthermore, I had an existing commitment with Vodafone, but I was forced to terminate it on the very first day. I refuse to pay for a service I didn't want or use. Please find a solution to this matter. It is unfair that I was both transferred to Türk Telekom against my will and imposed with penalty charges for early termination of my Vodafone contract. This injustice must be rectified, and I demand a fair resolution. As a customer, I expect to be treated with fairness and not be burdened with undue charges and inconvenience caused by the actions of these service providers.
