Türk Tuborg Delayed My Incentive Payments and Shelf Installation
For approximately the past two months during 2025, I have repeatedly reported the problems I have experienced with Türk Tuborg through both written and verbal complaints. Despite my repeated efforts, I believe Türk Tuborg has ignored the issues occurring in the Kayseri region and has failed to take the matter seriously.
I believe the regional supervisor responsible for the Kayseri area has intentionally delayed the processes related to sales volume incentive payments, promotional grants, and retail shelf installations. I also believe that the supervisor has failed to attend meetings necessary to implement agreed-upon arrangements, causing further delays. These ongoing issues have disrupted my business plans and resulted in financial losses for my business.
Despite everything that has happened, Türk Tuborg has not taken any concrete action to pay the sales volume incentives and promotional grants I am entitled to or to complete the promised shelf installations. Likewise, no action has been taken regarding the individuals responsible for these delays. I have also received no response to my previous complaints submitted directly to Türk Tuborg or through the Şikayetvar platform.
I respectfully request that Türk Tuborg treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves by immediately completing all overdue incentive and grant payments, finishing the delayed shelf installation work without further postponement, and launching an investigation into the lack of action and repeated delays in the Kayseri region. I also expect the company to provide a clear written response regarding the corrective actions it will take to resolve this matter.
