Orville Added Unwanted Items and Overcharged My Order

22

On 3 July 2026, I ordered a “2+1 free” discounted package of nail care pens for foot fungus treatment from Orville for USD 29.99. However, during checkout I was also charged for an additional “2+1 free” nail care pen package for USD 41.97 that I did not knowingly order or approve. As a result, my card has been charged a total of approximately 125 NZD, which is much higher than what I intended to pay. The checkout process felt misleading and confusing, and it appears that extra items were added through an aggressive upsell flow without my clear consent. This experience makes the transaction feel like a scam, as I only wanted to buy one discounted package and ended up paying for more products than I intended. I contacted Orville’s customer service about this problem. Although they responded, they have not provided any real help or solution so far, and the unauthorized charges remain on my card. I request a full refund for the nail care pens that I did not intentionally order, and I want all unintended additional charges to be cancelled. I expect Orville to correct this billing issue promptly and ensure that no further charges are made to my card without my explicit consent.
