Trwin Failed to Recover My Bitcoin After Wrong Wallet Address

On January 17, 2026, I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal of approximately $6,900 from the Trwin betting site. For this transaction, a $70 cold-wallet transfer was made through Garantikripto. However, Garanti rejected the transaction and returned it, and the real problem began after this refund. Due to Trwin providing an incorrect crypto address during the refund process, the funds became stuck and their current location is unknown. I contacted Trwin multiple times via live support and other communication channels, but each time the conversation was ended with the claim that “Garanti deposited it incorrectly,” and no concrete solution was offered. Because I believe the incorrect address information was provided by Trwin, I request that my stuck crypto funds totaling $6,900 be fully credited back to my Trwin account and that the serious hardship I have experienced be urgently resolved.
