Trust Wallet Account Access Requires Additional Payment

I deposited money into my market wallet account, which was then transferred to my Trust Wallet account. I sent an email to the address provided. When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged my issue and confirmed that I was right, stating that they had blocked the money for this reason.
However, they told me that I need to deposit $8,300 into the account in order to have the money returned to my account. I don't understand why I need to make another payment to retrieve the blocked money that should be refunded.
If the money is mine, why can't I access it? Are they trying to victimize me again? I am requesting your assistance.
