Trust Wallet Recovery Demand For Lost Funds

I am experiencing issues with Trust Wallet and the investment company at https://web.******/login, which appears to be misleading regarding crypto and dollar transactions. The BNB Smart Chain coin is not being converted or transferred.
To recover my lost funds, they are requesting $200 and BNB tokens. Additionally, the BEP20 BNB Smart Chain coins they returned to my account have no corresponding dollar value or price data.
I urgently need assistance in resolving these issues and recovering my funds. Thank you.
