Trust Wallet BNB Tiger Transaction Error

I bought BNB Tiger on Trust Wallet. It skyrocketed in value; but even though it said "conversion completed," it failed to convert and vanished. Furthermore, I ended up losing my own money too. I'll do whatever it takes, go to court, reach out to CİMER, whatever is necessary. We understand that we didn't invest a large sum, but we would appreciate it if you could at least refund our money. Moreover, it quickly dropped despite my exchange. Can you please return my money?
