Trust Wallet Didn't Transfer My BNB After Coin Sale—No Support Available


I work as a public officer and recently sold some coins on Trust Wallet, converting them to BNB. However, despite selling half of my holdings, the funds were never credited to my account. On top of that, Trust Wallet charged a fee for the transaction without processing it properly.
I tried to cancel the transaction, but there is no option to do so, and I have no idea how to fix this issue. There is also no Turkish customer support or even an email address where I can report this.
Trust Wallet, where is my money? I demand an immediate resolution and access to proper support. This platform is too confusing and unreliable—fix this issue now!
