Binance Guided Me to Transfer Money to Trust Wallet but My Funds Disappeared

I transferred money to Trust Wallet with the guidance of B*** Ç***, who introduced himself as a blockchain employee through Binance. However, after completing the transaction and logging in with my own password, the funds suddenly disappeared. It is possible that the person I mentioned interfered with the transaction, or the money was lost due to a system error. I checked all transaction records, but there is no trace of where the funds went. Despite reaching out to customer support, I have not received any clear answers or assistance. I kindly request a thorough investigation of the situation and the refund of my funds to my account.
