Live Support Fiasco and Unexpected Financial Demands at Trust Wallet
my friend was transferring some funds from Trust Wallet to Binance today. sadly, they made a small mistake and accidentally left out one character from the USDT code. We reached out to the live support team to find a solution. They told us that if we deposited $1778, we would get our funds back. We trusted their guidance and deposited the amount they specified, but unfortunately, we couldn't recover our money. So, after waiting for 15 days, I finally heard back from the live support team. They told me that in order to fix the issue, I need to pay an additional $2508. We're feeling pretty victimized and frustrated about this situation. We're feeling a bit frustrated with the platform's support system lately. The communication hasn't been very prompt or effective, and it's been tough to get the help we need. On top of that, we weren't prepared for the sudden need for extra funds, which has made us lose some confidence in the platform. We just want to find a fair solution to this problem and hopefully, in the future, things will be more transparent and efficient when dealing with similar issues.
