I Report Unauthorized Auto-Renewal and Fund Lock on Trustwallet

I used the Trustwallet Discover section to explore staking options and, on https://www.trust***.vip, I initiated a mining process through an automated smart contract. Everything seemed normal for the first 4–5 days. However, without any action on my part, the funds in my staking section were automatically transferred, and the block explorer confirms the transaction tied to my wallet address.

Despite this, there is no option to cancel or terminate the smart contract. I’ve tried reaching customer service at trusttrx.vip, but they are completely unresponsive. I am now unable to withdraw or control my funds, and the staking cycle auto-renews every 24 hours with no clear end in sight. I don’t know when or if I’ll regain access to my assets.

This has caused both financial and emotional distress, as my investment is locked without my consent and no one is providing support. I am requesting immediate assistance to cancel the contract and return my funds. Please also investigate this integration within Trustwallet to prevent similar user exploitation.
