I Lost ₺29,900 in Trust Wallet Transfer After Crypto Investment Promise
On July 23, I transferred ₺29,900 from my Ziraat Bank account as part of a crypto investment I was directed into by individuals operating through a trading group. I was instructed to use Trust Wallet and send the funds to another wallet under promises of profit, guided by two individuals named S* D*** and A***.
Initially, the transferred amount appeared in my Trust Wallet balance, but within minutes, it disappeared without a trace. I can still access my wallet and see the transaction records from July 23, confirming that the transfer was completed and verified through standard security protocols. I even received confirmation of the successful transaction and kept the official receipt.
The recipient requested the transfer proof, which I provided, but I have received no further response. I feel deceived and helpless, with no way to reach anyone for support.
I demand a thorough investigation into this incident and a full refund of my ₺29,900. I also request that Trust Wallet take responsibility for ensuring user security and preventing such fraudulent misuse of its platform. I need immediate action to resolve this financial loss.
