I Lost ₺16,714 in Trust Wallet Without Consent and Got No Security Alert

I’m raising an urgent issue regarding my Trust Wallet account, where I’ve been a user assuming a high level of security and control over my funds. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that ₺16,714.53 worth of funds were transferred from my wallet without my knowledge or consent to unknown accounts.

What’s worse is that I never received any notification or security alert from Trust Wallet. I had absolutely no idea these transfers were happening until I checked my wallet balance and saw it drained. I attempted to reach out to what appeared to be an official Trust Wallet support group on Telegram in Turkish, but I have yet to receive any response. I’m beginning to believe that support channel might not even be legitimate, which adds to my growing concerns.

How is it possible for such a significant amount to leave my wallet without triggering even a basic fraud warning? Isn’t this exactly what blockchain transparency and wallet-level protection are supposed to prevent? I have already filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office to initiate legal proceedings.

I’m demanding a full investigation into this breach and clear accountability. Trust Wallet must urgently address this major security lapse and recover my stolen funds. Users deserve to feel safe and protected—especially on platforms that claim to be secure.

Same here. And the date is almost identical. This could very well be an inside job. I’ve read many similar cases—even one person suspected their phone’s built-in app, the Redmi Notes app. He had saved key phrases there, and so did I. Maybe hackers gained access to that app, though they would still need a password.
